Are You wearing the right Bra Size?
No matter what you where the most important thing you will put on besides your attitude nothing is more important than your FOUNDATION garments. And one of the most important things is to make sure you are wearing the right bra.
So recently I went into victoria Secret, and although they are the most popular brand of bras, I sometimes find them hard to take. No matter what happens my breast tend to have a mind of their own in them. And somehow my cups always seem to runeth over… And It was suggested to me that I got a proper bra fitting. And to my horror I was buying the wrong bra size.
So If you don’t want to go get a professional bar fitting here is the way to find out your proper bra size at home.
STEP ONE-Band Size
measure under the bustline
With a tape measure take the and wrap it directly under your bustline once you expel all the air in your lungs.
Make this number as small as possible but round all fractional numbers up to the nearest whole number.
If the Measurement equals an even number add four
If the measurement is an odd number add five.
STEP TWO-Cup Size
Now measure the fleshy part of your breast. Take the tape measure and wrap it with your tape measure parallel with your nippled. with your hands to your sides.
round all fractional measures up to nearest whole number.
Step 3- Calculate your measurements
Subtract your band size from your cup size.
Example: Bandsize 32 +4 = 36
Cup Measurement 38
Cup 38- 36 bandsize= 2 inches so you are a B Cup
